I paid the months agency fees as requested. Unfortunately they were unable to find me a cleaner who could do the days I requested. When a cleaner was finally booked she called and cancelled because it was raining. I called maid2clean to request my agency fees back as they had failed to provide a cleaner.

I find Maid2Clean very responsive if I ever need to contact them. When we lost our previous cleaner we had a slight delay while Maid2Clean found someone for us but we've been happy with all the cleaners we've had during our time with Maid2Clean. Booked one-off six hour clean to be followed by regular fortnightly cleans. Poor communication, multiple emails from different Maid2Clean staff asking for info already given. She was always understanding and supportive. You work the hours you want to fit round yourself. Maid2clean is a franchise, and we used to use them until our local franchise owner basically went AWOL. I only found out when the monthly payment bounced and I was told by the bank that their business account had been suspended.
